Terms of Service

1. What We Provide

• Scrapers on Apify — Actors we publish on the Apify platform (apify.com/jurassic_jove) that extract publicly available data. You run them on your own Apify account, and Apify bills you for them.
• Free tools — the free email extractor and free email verifier on this site, offered at no cost with daily limits.
• Custom work — custom scrapers or data pipelines, when we agree on a scope with you in writing.

Our AI calling agent service was discontinued on September 28, 2026 and is no longer offered. See section 10.

2. Apify's Terms Also Apply

When you run one of our scrapers you do so on Apify, under your own Apify account. Apify's own terms of service, pricing and billing apply to that use, in addition to these terms. Prices are shown on each Actor's Apify page and charged by Apify.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding agreement
• If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms

4. Acceptable Use of Scrapers and Extracted Data

When you use any data extraction tool provided or linked through data-runner.dev, you agree that:

• You will only collect publicly available data, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the sites involved
• You will not use extracted data to send spam, to harass anyone, or in breach of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA or any other applicable law
• You are solely responsible for how you store, process and use the data you extract
• You will not use our tools to target protected classes or for discriminatory practices

5. Free Tools

The free email extractor and free email verifier are provided as-is, for occasional use by individuals checking a website or an address:

• Daily limits apply per visitor, and we may change or remove them, or the tools, at any time
• You may not automate requests to them, try to get around their limits, or use them to reach addresses or networks that are not public websites
• The email verifier checks format and DNS records only. It does not contact the mailbox and cannot confirm that an address exists

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Resell or sublicense our tools, or copy their code, without written permission
• Access our systems or infrastructure without authorization, or disrupt them

7. Intellectual Property

The code, design and content of data-runner.dev and of our Actors belong to data-runner.dev. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for their intended purpose. The data you extract is yours to use within the limits of section 4 and the law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, data-runner.dev is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Lost revenue or business opportunities related to scraper downtime or data accuracy
• Changes to third-party websites that break a scraper or change what it returns
• How you or anyone you share it with uses extracted data

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us directly in the 30 days before the claim. Charges for running our scrapers are paid to Apify, not to us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete or accurate data, or that a scraper will keep working as third-party sites change. Hit rates and success rates we publish describe past results, not guarantees.

10. Former AI Calling Agent Service

We previously offered an AI calling agent service at agents.data-runner.dev. It was discontinued on September 28, 2026, never had a customer, and is not offered anymore.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our services if you violate these terms. You can stop using them at any time; any charges on Apify follow Apify's own terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
